Statement of work, as posted

U.S. Embassy Bern is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing short-term apartment lodging in Davos, Switzerland, in support of embassy officials attending the World Economic Forum 2027 (WEF27). Lodging is required for approximately one week prior to WEF27 and throughout the WEF27 conference week itself (January 11, 2027 – January 22, 2027). The Embassy seeks apartment units in the following configurations: 1-bedroom apartments 2-bedroom apartments 3-bedroom apartments Interested vendors must be able to demonstrate: Capacity to provide the requested unit types in the Davos area for the full period noted above Ability to meet security and operational requirements for accommodating U.S. government staff Availability given the compressed planning window typical of WEF events Interested parties should submit their proposal electronically to BernGSOContracting@state.gov, including apartment inventory, unit sizes, security features, and points of contact, by 26 August 2026.
