Description of Requirements Dolphin Imaging is the designated Program of Record (POR) for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) and clinical orthodontics across the Army, Air Force, and Navy. This contract provides software support maintenance ensuring authorized clinical users can seamlessly view, retrieve, and manipulate medical images and clinical dental records from workstations across Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) enterprise-wide. Patterson Companies, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole authorized distributor capable of providing the proprietary licensing, annual upgrades, and specialized clinical technical support (including 24/7/365 telephone support, live chat via approved B2B connections, and email support). Transitioning to an alternative software product would introduce unbudgeted integration costs, cause severe operational work stoppages, and require substantial unplanned engineering work to integrate into the DHA enterprise architecture.
