Department of Defense · Department of the Air Force · FA9302 AFTC PZZ
Account requiredWhy it scored this way

Every reason behind the verdict rather than the headline one — which of your certifications match, how much runway is left, whether the work is your size, and what we would need to know to sharpen it.

Draft the paperwork

Written against this notice and what you have told us about your company. Anything we do not know is marked [NEEDS INPUT] in the draft rather than guessed at — read it before you send it.

Start a free trial to draft these. Nothing is sent to an agency on your behalf, ever — you get a document to review, edit and submit yourself.

Compliance matrix

Every stated and implied requirement, its source section, whether it is mandatory, and where your response will address it.

Proposal outline

A submission skeleton where every required element is a heading with its source requirement quoted beneath it. You write the substance; nothing gets forgotten.

Questions to submit

Genuine ambiguities and requirements that disadvantage a smaller bidder, drafted as questions you can submit before the Q&A deadline.

Past performance write-ups

Which of your prior awards best match this requirement, and draft write-ups in the format the agency asked for.

Statement of work, as posted

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) policies and procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a formal written solicitation document will not be issued. BRAND NAME ONLY REQUIREMENT: This is a brand-name-only requirement for Diversified Technical Systems (DTS) SLICE IP68 parts. The specific form, fit, and function of the SLICE IP68 product line are essential to the Government's minimum needs and are required for compatibility and interoperability with existing government-owned equipment and test infrastructure. An approved Determination & Findings (D&F) for a brand-name acquisition is on file. Quotes for "or equal" items will not be considered. AUTHORIZED RESELLER PROOF REQUIRED: To be considered for award, quotes MUST be accompanied by formal, verifiable documentation directly from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Diversified Technical Systems (DTS), establishing that the bidding vendor is an Authorized Reseller/Distributor in good standing. Failure to provide this proof of authorized reseller status with the initial quote submission will result in the quote being deemed technically unacceptable and excluded from award consideration. REQUIREMENT: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) at Edwards Air Force Base has a requirement to procure new, brand-name Diversified Technical Systems (DTS) SLICE IP68 data acquisition system components to support critical testing for the B-1 Bomber S.I. Data Lab. SET-ASIDE: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 334111 - Electronic Computer Manufacturing (Size Standard: 1,250 Employees) Product Service Code (PSC): 6610 - Flight Instruments LINE ITEMS (CLINs): The specific part numbers, quantities, and descriptions are detailed in the attached solicitation document (SF1449 and/or attachments). BASIS FOR AWARD: The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be the Lowest-Priced Technically-Acceptable (LPTA). Technical acceptability is contingent upon the vendor's ability to provide the exact brand-name items and their verified DTS Authorized Reseller Proof. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: All interested small businesses must review the attached solicitation documents in their entirety and submit their quotes alongside the required OEM Authorized Reseller Proof in accordance with the instructions provided. All quotes must be received by the date and time specified in this notice.
