The objective of this project is to completely demolish the exterior connecting corridor and relocate any active utilities currently tied to the corridor underneath grade at the Walla Walla Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) utilizing competitive, best value tradeoff source selection procedures in accordance with FAR (Overhaul) Part 15. The NAICS Code is 238910 with a size standard of $19 Million. The period of performance is 365-Calendar Days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Magnitude of Construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
