This is the official release of the Solicitation. W91247-26-Q-A019 w/Amendment One, in order to incorporate changes and solicitation via sam.gov The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Fort Bragg has a service requirement from the Department of Emergency Services (DES) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina to provide follow-on services for maintenance and repair for Access Control and CCTV systems. To include but not limited to the following: badging, software, migration tools, both automated and manual security vehicle & pedestrian entry points, and video surveillance systems which is compatible and interoperable with current Card Access/Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) System hardware environment. Solicitation will close on 28 August 2026 at 2:00 p.m EST. All Questions are due NLT 21 August 2026 at 12:00 p.m EST. This action will be a 100% Small Business set-aside. In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must represent in good faith that it is a small business vendor in accordance with FAR 19.301. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Period of Performance for the base year is 27 SEPT 2026 through 26 SEPT 2027 with four (4) twelve (12) month Option Periods. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561621.
