This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0059 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Forest Service Road 107. The Contractor shall perform road rehabilitation and drainage improvements on approximately 6.0 miles of Forest Service Road (FSR) 107, a Maintenance Level 3 (ML-3) roadway within the Smokey Bear Ranger District. The objective of this project is to restore roadway surface conditions, improve drainage performance, and remove and install upsized culverts to ensure safe and reliable access for Forest Service administrative and public use vehicles. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310 The small business size standard is $45M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Questions shall be submitted via email to christopher.malley@usda.gov and are due no later than August 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM Central Time. All quotes shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist at christopher.malley@usda.gov and pps.proposals@usda.gov no later than September 4th, 2026, 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time.
