The 181st Intelligence Wing, Indiana Air National Guard intends to pursue a single source purchase order under the authority of FAR 12.102(a), due to only one source being capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The requirement is for the acquisition of one (1) goTenna Pro Deplyment Kit 2 (PDK2), a self-contained 20 unit encypted UHF mesh radio communication network and operating center that allows for intergrated storage and charging of all devices and operates without reliance on cellular, wi-fi, or SATCOM backhaul. No solicitation document is available for this requirement. A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source procurement. It is the responsibility of the offeror to contact the government to confirm receipt prior to the offer due date and time.
