The Bureau of Prisons (BOP) requires an immediate need for Comprehensive Medical Physical Examinations for Pre-Employment Screening Services. Applicants will schedule through a self-schedule or walk-in service. Examinations will include a medical assessment, mental health assessment, vision test, color vision test, hearing test, urinalysis, & fingerprinting. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, facilities, and qualified medical personnel necessary to perform the services. The Bureau of Prisons has facilities throughout the nation: 118 institutions, 6 regional offices, a headquarters, 2 staff training centers, and 22 residential reentry management offices. The Federal Bureau of Prisons houses male and female offenders. All services will be performed at various locations and general information about BOP can be located at www.bop.gov. This posting is a "sources sought" notice. We are currently seeking information only from contractors capable of performing Pre-Employment Screening Services for all the identified areas of medical assessment, mental health assessment, vision test, color vision test, hearing test, urinalysis, & fingerprinting. Contractors are invited to respond to confirm interest in providing Comprehensive Medical Physical Examinations for Pre-Employment Screening Services.
