NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas has a requirement for Annual Air Compressor Maintenance in support of Joint Region Marianas (JRM) Fire & Emergency Services. The Government's intent is to award a commercial, firm-fixed-price contract as a result of the Request for Quote (RFQ). See Attachment (1) Solicitation, under the Performance Work Statement for detailed description of the requirements. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associate NAICS code is 811310-Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive Equipment) Repair and Maintenance. The Small Size Standard is $12.5 million. Period of Performance: Base Period: 7 September 2026 - 6 September 2027 Option Period 1: 7 September 2027 - 6 September 2028 Option Period 2: 7 September 2028 - 6 September 2029 Option Period 3: 7 September 2029 - 6 September 2030 Option Period 4: 7 September 2030 - 6 September 2031 Exercise of option periods is at the sole discretion of the Government and shall be accomplished by the Contracting Officer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
