Submission of a proposal/quote acknowledge SAM registrations requirements. REQUIREMENT: This requirement is solicited as a (small business set-aside). The NAICS code for this acquisition is (517111). This solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price contract and will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable. Offer must include proof of adherence to provided specifications (quote will be checked for technical acceptableness based on Needs Statement, price and other factors) and have a satisfactory past performance with Government contracts. The Louisiana Army National Guard (LAARNG) is requesting a quote for Commercial Cable Television and High-Speed Internet Services at two military installations: Camp Cook and Camp Beauregard, building 305 F Street, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years. Please fill out and return the attached ORAL QUOTATION WORKSHEET. TIMELINE 07 AUG 2026, 14:00 P.M. – Oral Solicitation Issued 17 AUG 2026, 14:00 P.M. – Solicitation closes EVALUATION OF QUOTE: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation, the responsible offeror whose offers conform to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: The award will be made based on price and others factors as shown below. All pricing must be provided for this requirement, will not be split. If something is left blank, quote will not be considered. Price: Price shall be evaluated for fair and reasonableness. Other Factors: Each factor will be evaluated as Acceptable or Unacceptable: 1. Past performance on other government contracts. Acceptable: Quote demonstrates adequate approach and understanding of the requirements. Unacceptable: Quote does not meet the requirements of the solicitation and, thus contains one or more deficiencies and is un-awardable. The agency will first evaluate price and then evaluate the apparent lowest-price quote for acceptability under the five factors listed above. All five factors above shall be considered acceptable for award to be made. If the lowest-price offeror is evaluated as unacceptable, the agency will then consider the acceptability of the next lowest price offer, continuing this process as necessary.
